Role: Solution Architect

Exp: 8+ yrs

Type: Remote

Shift Timings:- 10 AM - 7 PM IST

Duration: 6 Months

Budget :- 1.3 LPM+GST


Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure, coupled with a functional understanding of HR business processes. This role will lead the architecture, design, and delivery of a comprehensive HR solution built on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, integrated with ERP and other enterprise systems through Azure services.

This role will define architecture standards, guide functional design, and ensure a perfect integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Architect and design a comprehensive HR solution leveraging Microsoft Power Platform components:

  • Power Apps for HR process applications (Employee Records, Leave Management, Performance Tracking…).
  • Power Automate for workflows (onboarding, approvals, notifications…).
  • Dataverse as the central data layer for HR master data and transactions.
  • Leverage Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure SQL…) for backend logic, data integration, and security.
  • Define the overall solution blueprint, data model, and component interaction across modules.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
  • Ensure architecture scalability to accommodate organization growth and future modules.

Integration & Data Management

  • Define and manage integration points between the HR solution and ERP systems (for payroll, cost centers, time tracking, and finance).
  • Design secure and efficient data flows using APIs, Dataverse connectors, or Azure services.
  • Maintain data consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems.

Governance & Licensing

  • Establish governance for Power Platform environments, security roles, and access management.
  • Advise on Power Platform licensing models and optimize for cost and compliance.
  • Implement DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, auditing, and monitoring for HR data.

Implementation & Leadership

  • Lead technical teams in solution build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for app design, process automation, and data modeling.
  • Ensure deliverables meet performance, usability, and compliance standards (like GDPR and other ISO standards).
  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation within the HR function.

Required Skills and Experience


Technical Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate (cloud flows, process automation)
  • Dataverse (data model design, relationships, security roles)

Microsoft Azure expertise:

  • Azure Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Key Vault
  • Azure AD for identity and access management
  • Azure SQL or other data storage/integration services
  • Understanding of Azure networking and security best practices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and ERP integration concepts.
  • Experience in defining data models for HR entities (Employee, Position, Department, Leave, Performance…).
  • Experience defining and managing Power Platform environments, governance, and licensing models.

Nice to Have Functional Knowledge

  • Comfortable mentoring technical teams and guiding business users on Power Platform capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application design, with at least 3 years in Power Platform.
  • Experience delivering HR or business management solutions using low-code platforms.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert preferred.
