Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design

  end-to-end technical solutions

  for logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, order management, and eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrate a

  deep understanding of AI technologies

  and implement AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Define

  scalable system architectures

  using microservices, cloud-native design, APIs, and modern integration patterns.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into

  technical specifications and architecture blueprints

  .
• Lead

  architecture reviews, technology selection, and solution validation

  to ensure robustness and scalability.

Domain Expertise

• Architect solutions covering the

  entire order lifecycle

  , including order management, inventory, warehousing, shipping, tracking, returns, and fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with major eCommerce platforms such as

  Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce

  , or custom-built eCommerce systems.
• Strong familiarity with

  WMS, TMS, OMS

  , and supply chain visibility platforms.

Technical Leadership

• Ensure

  high code quality

  through AI-assisted code generation, automated quality tools (e.g., SonarQube), and structured code reviews for critical components.
• Provide

  technical guidance and mentorship

  to engineering teams and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate closely with

  Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps

  teams.
• Lead

  proof-of-concepts (POCs)

  , maintain architectural documentation, and ensure alignment with long-term technology strategy.

Integration & Cloud Expertise

• Architect and oversee integrations between

  ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS, shipping carriers, and payment gateways

  .
• Strong experience with

  API gateways, REST/GraphQL APIs, EDI integrations, and data pipelines

  .
• Hands-on expertise with

  cloud platforms

  such as

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  , including infrastructure and managed services.

Stakeholder & Pre-Sales Engagement

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand

  objectives, constraints, and KPIs

  .
• Present architectural solutions to

  senior leadership and customers

  , including impact analysis and justification.
• Support

  pre-sales activities

  , including solution design, effort estimation, and RFP/RFI responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–15+ years

  of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise system design.
• Strong domain knowledge in

  logistics, supply chain management, and eCommerce operations

  .
• Expertise in

  microservices architecture, API-driven systems, integration frameworks, and cloud-native design

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .
• Solid understanding of

  ERP, OMS, WMS, and TMS

  systems and their interactions.
• Experience with

  SQL and NoSQL databases

  , messaging systems, caching layers, and

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to

  translate complex technical concepts into business language

• Experience working in

  Agile and DevOps environments
