Location: Vadodara

✅ Experience: 2-3 years in Solar Operation & Maintenance

🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of utility-scale and industrial solar plants
• Perform I-V curve testing, PR (Performance Ratio) analysis, and CUF (Capacity Utilization Factor) calculations
• Monitor and report daily generation, breakdowns, and plant performance
• Manage and maintain HT panels, transformers, auxiliary transformers, and SCADA/monitoring systems
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inverters, strings, panels, and switchgear
• Coordinate and supervise site technicians and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and grid regulations
• Prepare and share reports with management and clients (PR, CUF, downtime, maintenance logs, etc.)
• Knowledge of SCADA systems, remote monitoring, and data interpretation
• Support continuous improvement in plant performance

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, transformers, HT panels, and auxiliary electrical systems
• Proficiency in handling IV testers, clamp meters, meggers, and thermography
• Ability to analyse SCADA data and generate actionable insights
• Good understanding of grid compliance and safety standards
• Strong communication, reporting, and team management skills
