The team includes people who have worked in the US and Philippines. You can find more about the company Job Responsibilities: O&M Engineer (Service Engineer) 1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance · Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of solar modules, inverters, AJBs, ACDBs, DCDBs, SCBs, LT/HT panels etc. · Replace defective modules, fuses, connectors, breakers, and damaged cables. 2. Monitoring and Performance Analysis · Monitor system performance via SCADA or remote platforms. · Detect underperformance and initiate corrective actions to ensure target generations. 3. Inverter Expertise · Must have hands-on-experience with different string inverter brands such as Sungrow, Solis, Growatt, SolarEdge, Polycab etc. · Should be able to interpret error codes, replace inverters components, and liaise with OEMs for warranty replacements. 4. Reporting & Documentation · Maintain logs for generation, faults, maintenance, and root cause analysis. · Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 5. Coordination & Vendor Management · Coordinate with inverter OEMs, cleaning contractors, and utility officials for resolving escalated issues or grid permissions. Minimum Requirements Education Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering. Experience Minimum 1-2 years of field experience in O&M of rooftop or ground-mounted solar plants.
