The company partners with stakeholders who share a vision for a greener tomorrow. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician, located in Durgapur. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar power systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the efficiency and safety of solar panels. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, performing repairs, and monitoring system performance to optimize energy generation. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power Skills in Troubleshooting and Power Generation Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Durgapur Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications or training in solar technology are a plus Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
