You will own the strategy and execution of sales development processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with marketing and revenue objectives. Performance & Process Management: Track call/email activity, service levels, and communication quality using key metrics and dashboards. Optimize sales processes, messaging, cadences, and campaigns to improve performance. Leadership & Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and support to the BDR and AE team. Demonstrate best practices and regularly review performance for continuous improvement. Outbound Sales Strategy: Support and build an efficient outbound process including prospect list creation, outreach campaigns, and sales enablement. Ensure smooth hand-offs from BDRs to AEs for pipeline continuity. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Demand Generation team to align lead generation efforts. Collaborate on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive high-quality leads. The Successful Applicant Will Have: 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a team management role. Proven success managing both BDR and AE teams. Prior experience working with SMB or mid-market segments in industries such as AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) and/or Discrete Manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach. Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage change.
