Job Title: Sales Development Manager B2B SaaS Location: Bangalore, India Department: Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and optimize our Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring sales-ready appointments are generated through both inbound and outbound efforts and will focus on achieving pipeline value and revenue goals. You will own the strategy and execution of sales development processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with marketing and revenue objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth: Generate sales-ready appointments from inbound and outbound activities. Meet or exceed pipeline INR value and revenue goals. Ensure fast follow-up on MQLs, SALs, live chats, "Contact Us" submissions, and other inbound leads. Performance & Process Management: Track call/email activity, service levels, and communication quality using key metrics and dashboards. Optimize sales processes, messaging, cadences, and campaigns to improve performance. Leadership & Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and support to the BDR and AE team. Demonstrate best practices and regularly review performance for continuous improvement. Outbound Sales Strategy: Support and build an efficient outbound process including prospect list creation, outreach campaigns, and sales enablement. Ensure smooth hand-offs from BDRs to AEs for pipeline continuity. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Demand Generation team to align lead generation efforts. Collaborate on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive high-quality leads. The Successful Applicant Will Have: 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years in a team management role. Proven success managing both BDR and AE teams. Prior experience working with SMB or mid-market segments in industries such as AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) and/or Discrete Manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach. Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage change.
