About Us: We are a fast-growing software company and an Odoo Ready Partner , providing ERP, CRM, and Tele-Radiology IT solutions to clients across the UK, USA, Middle East, and India. We are looking to expand our team with a high-performing Inside Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who can drive our sales funnel through qualified lead generation, digital campaigns, and website management. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Management Generate and nurture MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) through email campaigns, cold calls, social media outreach, and inbound marketing. Run targeted inbound and outbound campaigns to generate leads for Odoo ERP and Teleradiology solutions . Qualify prospects through structured follow-ups and pass high-quality leads to the pre-sales/sales team. Build and manage a sales pipeline using tools like CRM or HubSpot/Odoo. Digital Marketing & SEO Plan and execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to increase organic website traffic and ranking. Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to support international lead generation. Analyze and optimize conversion funnels using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other performance tracking tools. Create landing pages and lead magnets (whitepapers, webinars, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions. Website Management (WordPress) Manage and update company websites (primarily built on WordPress ). Regularly publish blogs, product pages, and optimize content for SEO. Coordinate with the design and dev team to maintain performance and responsiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. 3+ years of B2B SaaS/Software industry experience in inside sales and digital marketing . Proven experience with Odoo ERP or Teleradiology/Healthcare IT solutions is a big plus. Proficiency in SEO , Google Ads , email automation , CRM tools , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Strong knowledge of WordPress for content publishing, SEO, and basic updates. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . Experience in handling international markets like UK, USA, Middle East is a must . Nice to Have: Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools like Odoo, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot. Understanding of the healthcare sector, medical imaging, or PACS/DICOM software. Familiarity with Odoo marketing/sales modules is a strong advantage. Why Join Us?
