Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop user interfaces for marketing websites and landing pages,
ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.• Optimize user journeys to increase conversions and reduce drop-offs.• Ensure designs align with SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and digital marketing goals.• Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve the user experience.• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across all devices and platforms.• Work with developers to implement designs and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.• Stay current with emerging design trends and best practices in UI/UX.• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital assets.• Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables. Working experience with Digital Marketing Teams

Required Skills Experience:

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years’ experience in SaaS, B2B.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, usability testing, and analytics tools.• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
