Job Title: Workday Analyst (Entry/Mid-Level) Location: Hyderabad (Head Office) Exp : 4-7 yrs Contract : Full time Work Mode : Office About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational to intermediate experience in Workday, particularly in security configuration , business process management , api and integrations administration and end-user support . Youll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday environment to ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain Workday modules, focusing on security roles , business processes , and user access management . Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio , and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) . Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users, providing timely and effective solutions. Assist in the configuration and testing of Workday updates and enhancements. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing. Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations and API endpoints. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. Provide training and support to users on Workday functionality and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with Workday in an analyst or support role. Solid understanding of Workday security , domain and role-based access , and business process configuration . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proactive and consistent communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, or Talent. Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields). Familiarity with Workday community. Workday Pro certifications are a plus but not required.
