Ux And Ui Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our Product team

Role & responsibilities

• Corporate Publishing: Design visually appealing layouts for annual reports, corporate brochures, factsheets, case studies, and marketing documents, ensuring alignment with brand identity and design standards.
• Social Media Design: Create visually engaging posts, banners, infographics, and ad creatives for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Presentation Design: Develop professional and visually appealing PowerPoint decks for client-facing projects
• Web & App Design: Design intuitive, modern, and responsive UI screens for web apps and websites (landing pages, dashboards, etc.) ensuring excellent user experience.
• Branding & Visual Identity: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across digital and offline assets typography, colour palette, iconography, and layout systems
• Client Design Support: Work on client-specific design deliverables including pitch decks, brand assets, and marketing materials
• Collaboration: Work with Senior Advisors, developers, and client teams to translate ideas into pixel-perfect visual outputs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2+ years of proven design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and UX/UI projects
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), and/or Canva
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive layouts, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Good to Have :

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus)
• Prior experience designing for AI, SaaS, or financial-tech products.
