Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team at the Auto Digital Centre (ADC) Mahindra & Mahindra's hub for digital innovation and transformation. ADC is responsible for shaping the end-to-end digital landscape of Mahindra's automotive business, driving customer and dealer experiences across platforms.

As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital interfaces across a range of platforms from customer-facing websites like vehicle booking and exploration portals to dealer-centric mobile and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft best-in-class CX (Customer Experience) and DX (Dealer Experience) solutions that align with our brand values and business goals.

This role demands a blend of user-centric thinking, strong visual design skills, and a solid understanding of digital product ecosystems. You'll be expected to translate business requirements and user insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design & Prototyping:

  Design user interfaces for a variety of platforms (web, mobile, tablets) with a focus on responsive design, accessibility, and consistency. Create high-fidelity prototypes that clearly communicate the user journey and interaction flow.

• Design System Development:

  Contribute to and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistent user experiences across Mahindra's digital products. Standardize UI elements, patterns, and best practices for scalability and ease of use.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver designs that meet both user needs and technical constraints. Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.

• Trend Analysis & Innovation:

  Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Leverage industry best practices to push the envelope on user experience and interface design, ensuring our products stay ahead of the curve in terms of aesthetics and usability.
