Experience: 2-5 years Location: Gurugram Roles overview: We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who can independently drive the design of digital products from concept to execution. The role involves designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms, including AI-driven, data-heavy, and enterprise products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into simple, usable solutions. Roles & Responsibilities UX & Product Design Own the end-to-end design process , from problem discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and final handoff. Translate business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs into clear information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs . Design complex workflows and interactions for data-intensive, AI, SaaS, and enterprise applications . Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across the product experience. Continuously iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability insights, and product goals. UI Design & Design Systems Create pixel-perfect, visually consistent UI designs aligned with brand and product guidelines. Contribute to, maintain, and evolve the design system, including components, typography, colors, icons, and interaction patterns. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability across platforms (Web, Android, iOS). Apply industry best practices for typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy. Research & Validation Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis as required. Synthesize feedback and insights into actionable design improvements. Advocate for user-centered design decisions across teams. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews. Developer Handoff & Implementation Prepare detailed design specifications, annotations, and interaction notes for smooth developer handoff. Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality. Review builds and provide feedback to maintain UX and UI standards. Website & Marketing Design (As Needed) Support website redesigns, landing pages, and marketing assets in collaboration with marketing teams. Improve conversion-focused UX for product and marketing pages. Assist with A/B testing and post-launch design optimizations. Required Skills & Qualifications 24 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and problem-solving. Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools). Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability heuristics. Experience designing for web and mobile applications. Ability to work independently and manage multiple design initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have Experience working on AI, analytics, SaaS, or enterprise products. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React concepts).
