About the Role

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content including photos, short videos, and written posts
Capture and edit basic photographs for use on social media
Manage content calendars and schedule posts consistently
Monitor social media performance, track insights, and propose improvements
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand requirements and provide updates
Handle client accounts independently, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions on social channels
Stay updated with platform trends, best practices, and emerging social media tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic photography skills
(content shooting, simple editing, understanding of lighting/framing)
Strong communication skills
written and verbal
Ability to work independently
, manage time well, and handle multiple client accounts
Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement tactics

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience in managing brand pages or personal portfolios
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, or similar
Familiarity with paid ads is a plus
