Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions.
Design responsive layouts and maintain consistency across platforms (web & mobile).
Work with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and tools.
Contribute to and maintain a design system and component library.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum
2 years of professional experience
in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
.
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles
and
design thinking process
.
Experience with
responsive and adaptive design
principles.
Basic understanding of
HTML, CSS, and front-end development
(a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
A
portfolio
showcasing UX process, problem-solving, and UI design work.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience in designing for
SaaS platforms
or
enterprise products
.
Familiarity with
motion design
,
micro-interactions
, or
illustrations
.
Knowledge of
UX research tools
(Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, etc.).
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
