Job Description

Work Mode - 5 days work from Office (Night shift - 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM)

Location - Bangalore (Kudlu Gate)

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, or social media platforms.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Generate leads and follow up on warm leads provided by the marketing team.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales representatives if required.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate team.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to work in a target-driven role.
