Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates / students to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales through CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional service and follow up on leads.
  • Campaigning to reach potential candidates, engaging with them through various outreach methods

Requirements:

  • Strong in communication skill is mandatory, Females preferred.
  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Any Degree With Prior Experience/ MBA in Marketing is a Plus
