Role Overview:

In this role, you'll be expected to work more independently, take ownership of larger model components/projects, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and contribute to production and technical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full civil infrastructure models: roads, drainage, utility networks, earthworks, corridors.
  
• Lead alignment, profile, corridor design, grading, crosssection generation.
  
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs, cut/fill calculations.
  
• Coordinate models with structural, MEP, landscape, architecture; handle clash detection and resolution.
  
• Review survey and GIS input, detect inconsistencies, ensure proper data integration.
  
• Implement and enforce BIM standards, templates, layers, naming conventions.
  
• Handle revisions and changes proactively; maintain version control.
  
• Assist juniors; may mentor or review their work.
  
• Prepare deliverables for client reviews and support presentations.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  
• 3-5 years of handson experience with Civil 3D in infrastructure projects.
  
• Strong in core Civil 3D tools (alignments, corridors, surfaces, pipe networks, grading).
  
• Experience with coordination among multiple disciplines.
  
• Able to interpret plans, survey / topographical / GIS data.
  
• Familiar with BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent).
  
• Good problem solving, communication skills; able to manage tasks independently.
