Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Modeller located in Chennai. The Structural Modeller will be responsible for creating detailed structural models, conducting analysis and simulations, and ensuring the integration of advanced technologies in project designs. Day-to-day tasks will include working on 3D models, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Functions • Excellent in 3D Modelling of structural elements using Revit Structure. • Excellent in Multidisciplinary 3D model coordination using Navisworks. • Check model for Stage Completeness, Dimensional accuracy against modelling standards. • Ensure the Level of Quality control for Completeness and adherence to the company standards of all Drawings produced. • Help to resolve BIM design issues, Coordination with the Architect & MEP team • Stay informed about the best practices & methodologies in BIM implementation. • Revit family Content creation - Structural (Families such as parametric, Formula, Nested and type catalogues. Soft Skill • Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally etc., • Create Building internal / External Walkthroughs and Client presentations on BIM projects. • To coach / Mentor and supervise the process of BIM activities within the team. • Demonstrate the understanding and implementation of the commercial aspects of executing the project through managing the project within budget and the given timeline • Demonstrate the capability of leading a dynamic team identified for the project Qualifications Proficiency in 3D modelling software and structural analysis tools Experience with AI, IoT, and innovative technologies in structural design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Chennai Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
