Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an MEP Coordinator located in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. As an MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in building projects. Your daily tasks will include managing MEP designs, ensuring compliance with building codes, collaborating with the BIM team, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Coordination and Building Services
Experience with Plumbing systems and practices
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in managing and coordinating multiple tasks
Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field
