Job Description

The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination, integration and oversight of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems across projects under ArchFusion Design. The role ensures that MEP services are designed, detailed, installed and commissioned in full coordination with architectural, structural and interiors scopes. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between design team, consultants, contractors and site teams to deliver fully integrated, constructible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate MEP design drawings and specifications in conjunction with architecture, structure and interiors to ensure compatibility and clash-free execution. teamncw.com+1

  • Lead clash detection and resolution process (using BIM/coordination tools) for MEP systems to avoid re-work and delays. Brandt Companies+1

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in MEP coordination (design + site) preferably in architectural/interiors or retail/commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, fire protection and their integration within buildings. Entri+1
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors and site teams. Entri
  • Attention to detail, quality-mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indian building codes, standards and best practices for MEP systems.
  • Willingness to visit project sites, conduct inspections and lead field coordination.
  • Advantageous: experience in retail/interior projects, exposure to LEED or sustainability certifications, familiarity with cost control / value engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
