MEP Coordinator

As an MEP Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities: - Review design documents: You will assess design specifications and plans for accuracy and feasibility. - Coordinate installation schedules: Your role will involve managing the installation of MEP systems. - Manage subcontractors: You will ensure that M&E subcontracts are executed within budget. - Ensure compliance: It will be your responsibility to ensure that MEP systems are designed and installed to meet building codes and project specifications. - Resolve issues: You will be expected to resolve technical and site issues efficiently. - Coordinate with other professionals: Working closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals is essential to ensure that MEP systems integrate seamlessly with the overall building design. - Schedule and witness testing: You will schedule and witness all preliminary and final testing and commissioning at all stages of the works. - Contribute to construction design: Your input will be valuable in contributing to construction design and management, along with health and safety considerations. In addition to these responsibilities, you will work full-time on a permanent basis with a day shift schedule.
