Role Overview: As an MEP Coordinator at Rohan Builders, located in Pune, you will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Your role will involve overseeing building services and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for project planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems - Oversee building services - Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for project planning and execution Qualifications Required: - B.E in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical - Minimum 7+ years of experience in MEP services - Proficiency in MEP Coordination and Building Services - Knowledge of Plumbing systems - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Strong project management and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or related field,
