MEP Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in developing and managing coordinated BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The candidate will work closely with architects, structural teams, and site engineers to ensure clash-free, compliant, and constructible designs using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools. They will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, resolving coordination issues through model-based reviews, and supporting project teams with accurate project documentation. The ideal professional should possess strong technical expertise, understanding of relevant industry codes, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality BIM outputs within project deadlines.
