Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Roads and Utility Projects (Dry and Wet Utilities) to join our team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models for infrastructure projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams for accurate modeling of roads, drainage, sewer, water, and electrical networks.
• Work with Revit and Navisworks for clash detection and model integration.
• Ensure all models comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
• Support design reviews and collaborate on project coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure modeling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design standards and utility networks (dry and wet)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
