Platform Relationship Management – Build strong working relationships with platform teams; lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, negotiations, and joint business planning. Data Management & Reporting – Organize sales, marketing, and operational data; prepare structured reports with actionable insights. Conversion Optimization – Monitor customer journey metrics and actively work on levers to improve CTR, AOV, and conversion rates. Campaign & Offer Strategy – Analyze campaign results to recommend improvements in offer constructs, pricing, and promotional strategies. Performance Metrics Tracking – Maintain daily logs of key KPIs including CAC, ACOS, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spend, Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, and CTR.
