Job Description

Brief About Role:

The role entails KAM for E-commerce. Along-with delivery of meeting the monthly/annual revenue targets.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in successfully managing & running Ecommerce operations. Experience in Q-commerce shall be an added advantage.

Key Resposnisbilties

  • E-commerce & Q-commerce Management

    Oversee daily sales operations across leading platforms (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.) ensuring smooth execution and performance.
  • Sales Growth Delivery

    – Consistently drive month-on-month sell-out growth of 10–15%, aligning with business revenue targets.
  • Platform Expansion

    – Identify, evaluate, and onboard new e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms to expand brand presence.
  • Product Listings & Cataloguing

    – Manage accurate and optimized product listings, cataloguing, and content updates to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Coordination

    – Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely material in-bound and seamless execution on platforms.
  • Platform Relationship Management

    – Build strong working relationships with platform teams; lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, negotiations, and joint business planning.
  • Data Management & Reporting

    – Organize sales, marketing, and operational data; prepare structured reports with actionable insights.
  • Conversion Optimization

    – Monitor customer journey metrics and actively work on levers to improve CTR, AOV, and conversion rates.
  • Campaign & Offer Strategy

    – Analyze campaign results to recommend improvements in offer constructs, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Performance Metrics Tracking

    – Maintain daily logs of key KPIs including CAC, ACOS, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spend, Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, and CTR.
  • P&L Ownership

    – Take complete P&L accountability for e-commerce, including sales, ad spends, and profitability, ensuring sustainable business growth.
