About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute

  weddings, corporate events, school functions, and private celebrations

  .
• Handle

  vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and scheduling

  .
• Conceptualize and implement

  event themes, dcor ideas, and layouts

  .
• Identify and onboard

  vendors for decor, gifts, and event essentials

  across India.
• Negotiate pricing, ensure quality, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee

  on-site execution

  , guest coordination, and post-event documentation.

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Design

  invitations, backdrops, signage, brochures, menus, and digital creatives

  .
• Develop

  mood boards, visual mockups, and dcor concepts

  for events.
• Experiment with

  materials, fabrics, and props

  to create creative prototypes.
• Create

  social media visuals and marketing assets

  aligned with brand identity.
• Edit

  photos and videos

  for event highlights and promotional use.
• Ensure consistent

  visual branding

  across all digital and print media.

Product Curation & Development

• Identify and work with vendors to

  create and customize event kits

  (birthdays, weddings, festivals, and corporate events).
• Ensure

  product quality, innovation, and trend alignment

  .
• Maintain updated

  product catalog, pricing details, and visual content

  .

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Event Management, Graphic Design, Fine Arts

  , or related creative field.

• 2–3 years

  of relevant experience in

  event management, product coordination, or design

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  or

  Canva

  .
• Strong creative thinking and ability to

  visualize and execute unique designs

  .
• Hands-on experience working with

  materials, textures, and dcor elements

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and organizational

  skills.
• Ability to

  multitask, manage deadlines

  , and work independently or in a team.
