About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Institutional Business division catering to the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact between customers and internal teams for all project and order-related communication.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to convert qualified leads into successful orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for sample development, approvals, and dispatch, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback on samples and quotations and implement changes to support order conversion.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, planning and logistics to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of orders.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, order tracking sheets, and performance dashboards using MS Excel.
  • Assist in cost working, price comparisons, and margin analysis for institutional clients.
  • Coordinate with external service providers such as logistics partners to ensure efficient dispatch and delivery.
  • Support post-sales activities including documentation, invoicing coordination, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data analysis, and cost working).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP tools and CRM systems.
  • Good understanding of numbers, costing, and business margins.
  • Street-smart, proactive, and aggressive in follow-ups and execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales coordination or operations role, preferably in textiles, hospitality supplies, or institutional sales.
