Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Executive / asst manager to join our well established home textile company. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup ecosystem, contributing across various functions from brand building and sales to product launches and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on experience managing cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with website development and digital marketing agencies for timely execution of deliverables. Support brand building through digital and offline campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure market readiness and relevance of offerings. Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Manage customer interactions, gather feedback, and contribute to retention and loyalty strategies. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth operations and timely execution. Create and maintain marketing reports, trackers, and dashboards for internal reviews. Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) Draft and proofread marketing content across digital platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, etc. Copy write content for products, brochures, websites, point of sale materials, etc. Ensure all communication aligns with the brand tone and storytelling. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field. 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a start-up or D2C environment. Proven experience in coordinating with agencies and managing external vendors. Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proofreading, editing, and content adaptation skills for different digital platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, Google Analytics, and AdWords. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-centric. Experience in promotional event planning and execution is a plus. Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet without over-relying on tools like ChatGPT
