Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage core financial operations including bank reconciliation, statutory compliance payments, payroll and reimbursement processing, indirect tax reconciliation (GST & TDS), and vendor payments with a key focus on foreign remittances . The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, regulatory compliances, and cross-border payment mechanisms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bank Reconciliation Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank records and internal financial data. Maintain and update records of transactions and receipts. 2. Statutory Compliance Payments Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST, etc.). Maintain schedules for periodic tax payments and filings. Liaise with statutory auditors and consultants as required. 3. Payroll & Reimbursements Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with HR. Validate and compile reimbursement claims and ensure timely disbursements. Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and net pay. 4. GST & TDS Reconciliation Reconcile input tax credit (ITC) with GST portal filings (GSTR 2B/3B). Reconcile TDS deducted and deposited with government portals (26AS). Assist in GST/TDS returns filing and respond to notices/queries from tax authorities. 5. Vendor Payments (Mainly Foreign Remittance) Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments, especially for international vendors. Handle documentation and compliance for foreign remittances as per FEMA and RBI guidelines. Coordinate with banks for outward remittances and foreign currency transactions. Maintain proper records of SWIFT confirmations, FIRC, and related compliance documents. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred). 25 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts operations. Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and foreign remittance rules. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, ERP software (SAP/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred). Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including firmware, service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Monitor system resource utilization, latency, bandwidth, availability, system resource trending, and other major metrics of network performance. Provide level-2 support for network connectivity issues and troubleshoot to resolution. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Liaise with other IT personnel and third-party vendors to resolve major outages and connectivity issues. Continuously develops processes and programs to enhance network performance and reliability. Conducts network testing, supervises technology insertion, and evaluates developmental software applications. Work with Development teams to ensure cloud connectivity and services are configured correct and follow best practices for security controls. Strong knowledge of cloud network connectivity resources including application firewalls, virtual firewalls, express route configuration, VNets, network security groups, VPN, private DNS, etc. Assist with configuration and testing of network devices for existing remote sites and all newly acquired sites. Ensure network security by analyzing, evaluation and pen testing of existing architecture and remediate and all findings as necessary. Core Competencies : - Good exposure on Cisco products such Cisco ACI, Nexus Network or Security Terminologies- Security concepts- Ability to adapt/improvise and take ownership Technical Experience: Degree qualified in a relevant field (B.E, B. Deploy, configure, and maintain Aerospike clusters (Enterprise Edition) in multi-node, multi-DC environments. Manage namespaces, sets, and secondary indexes. Implement and maintain cross-datacenter replication (XDR) and strong consistency configurations. Performance Optimization Monitor cluster performance using Aerospike Monitoring Console (AMC), Prometheus, and Grafana. Tune storage (SSD/NVMe) and memory for optimal throughput and latency. Optimize read/write patterns and secondary index performance. Data Management Implement data lifecycle management (TTL, cold storage policies). Handle backup/restore using asbackup / asrestore utilities. Develop and manage data migration plans for cluster upgrades or hardware changes. Security Configure mTLS for secure node-to-node and client connections. Manage RBAC roles and access policies. Automation & Scripting Create scripts (Python, Bash, Ansible) for provisioning, maintenance, and monitoring tasks. Integrate Aerospike with CI/CD pipelines for application testing. Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve cluster performance bottlenecks, node failures, or replication lag. Work closely with application teams to optimize Aerospike queries and data models. Required Skills Strong expertise in Aerospike administration in high-throughput environments (10k+ TPS, multi-TB clusters). Proficiency with Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
