We are seeking for a highly motivated Call Coordinator to join our team

Key Responsibilities:-
-Strong Communication Skills
-Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Handle inbound calls and emails from users regarding service requests and issues.
- Log, track, and update service requests in the Ticketing tool
- Categorize and prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact.
- Assign tickets to appropriate technical teams or personnel for resolution.
- Monitor ticket progress and ensure timely updates and closures.
- Follow up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on ticket status, response times, and closure rates.
- Escalate critical issues to higher support levels or management as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Continuously suggest improvements for ticket handling and coordination processes
