Call Coordinator

As a Sales Back Office Coordinator for IT Products and Solutions, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities and evaluating prospects within the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, scheduling appointments for sales visits, and ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials. You will work closely with the sales team, product specialists, vendors, accounts team, and logistic team to process orders accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will coordinate with the customer support department to facilitate configuration and installation as per customer requirements. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales representatives, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events will also be part of your responsibilities. You will store and organize financial and non-financial data electronically, prepare sales reports on a daily basis, and submit monthly sales achievement reports to the management team. Your role will also involve the preparation and submission of tenders as per requirements, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies. You should possess good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
