Call Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our customer support team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to analyze data to enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising the call center team, monitoring call center metrics, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will develop strategies to enhance customer support processes, conduct training sessions for staff, and handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism. Collaboration with other departments to align call center operations with company goals is essential, along with maintaining accurate records of call center activities. To excel in this role, you should have strong phone etiquette, proficiency in relevant computer systems and software, and the ability to analyze data critically. Excellent communication skills in English, experience in customer support roles, and knowledge of sales techniques are preferred.
