Opening for Call Coordinator
We are looking for a Call Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to speak multiple regional languages.
Experience:- 5 Months to 1 Year
Qualification:- Graduation Mandatory
Locations:- Ghansoli
.
Fluency in English and at least one or more of the following languages:
Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu.
Immediate joiners or 15 days Notice Period can be considered
Key Responsibilities
* Handle and coordinate incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
* Perform call patching and dispatching to the appropriate teams or departments.
* Maintain and update daily reports in Excel (basic reporting, call logs, dispatch records, etc.).
* Track and follow up on open calls or pending dispatches.
* Ensure timely communication between field teams, clients, and internal departments.
* Provide clear and courteous communication in multiple languages as required
