Call Coordinator

Job Title: Call Coordinator Company: Adhi Vinayagar Enterprises Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: Coimbatore Job Purpose: The Call Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects calling our showroom, service, and parts departments. This role involves handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, scheduling and confirming appointments (sales demos, test-trials, service/maintenance), managing customer queries, and updating CRM records accurately. The Call Coordinator will provide basic product/service information, route calls to the correct departments, follow up on leads and post-service feedback, and support customer service excellence. Key Roles & Responsibilities: · Manage and route incoming/outgoing calls across sales, service, and parts. · Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments; send reminders and follow-ups. · Handle queries related to products, service status, and basic complaints. · Follow up on leads, customer feedback, and service reminders. · Maintain accurate customer data, call logs, and appointment records in CRM. · Generate basic reports on calls, appointments, and follow-up activity. Qualifications & Experience: · 1–3 years’ experience in customer-facing roles (automobile/showroom/engineering oriented-equipment preferred). · Strong communication in English and local language (Tamil preferred). · Proficient with phone systems, CRM, and MS Office. · Customer-focused, organized, multitasker with strong follow-up skills.
