Track inbound/outbound call data and calculate monthly doctor volume. Handle third-party billing and prepare monthly statements. Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and coordination with Canadian team. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Computer Science, IT, or Business Analytics . Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Power BI . Strong analytical and reporting skills. Knowledge of healthcare/clinic software (EMR/OSCAR) will be an added advantage.
