Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Download reports from multiple sources and compile structured Excel sheets.
  • Create and maintain

    Power BI dashboards

    for management reporting.
  • Track inbound/outbound call data and calculate monthly doctor volume.
  • Handle

    third-party billing

    and prepare monthly statements.
  • Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and coordination with Canadian team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Commerce, Computer Science, IT, or Business Analytics

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas)

    and

    Power BI

    .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare/clinic software (EMR/OSCAR) will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
