Job Description

Hi Candidate,

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at . If you have a proven track record of coordinating sales activities, working with clients, and maintaining accurate records in Tally, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and follow-up.
Maintain accurate sales records and data entry in Tally for sales orders, invoices, and payments.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other related documents.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services by coordinating between the sales, production, and logistics teams.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and products.
Prepare quotations, track sales orders, and maintain customer databases.
Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and provide feedback to the sales team on performance.
Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate billing and payment tracking.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Knowledge of Tally software is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
