HQ for 8 days, and night halt for 9 days. Promotional Activities: o Ensure regular Free Medical Camp is conducted as per company’s SOP. o Ensure Glow Sign Board instalments as per company’s SOP. Reporting: o Optimum utilization of the corporate CRM system for daily reporting of activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates, feedbacks, reporting and analysis. o Timely reporting and submission of data as and when required by corporate office including expenses as per company’s SOP. Customer Relation: o Foster strong relationships with existing customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Meetings and Collaboration: o Participate in regular meetings, including "Chai Pe Charcha" sessions. o Address customer and camp-related issues promptly using the CRM system. o Collaborate with DSS doctors on various aspects such as welcoming, medicine dispatch, and other related issues. o Follow up on goods returns from doctors. Policy Adherence: o Attend all Managers’ meetings to understand and implement company policies. o Implement policies discussed in meetings to effectively manage allocated areas in the future.
