Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate daily sales activities between customers, sales team, production, and dispatch departments.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation accurately and on time.
Follow up with customers for order confirmation, payment status, and dispatch schedules.
Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and order status reports.
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Track shipment and delivery schedules in coordination with the logistics team.
Support after-sales activities, including handling customer feedback or complaints.
Coordinate with finance for invoice generation and payment follow-ups.
Maintain sales data and prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
Assist in managing customer databases, leads, and CRM entries.
Ensure proper communication and documentation flow between departments.

Preferred candidate profile

BE Mechanical / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
