Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
Maintain design consistency across products by following and contributing to the design system or brand guidelines.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
24 years of professional experience as a
UI/UX Designer
in a
Product
or
IT firm
.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and visually appealing UI designs for both web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as
Figma
,
Adobe XD
,
Sketch
,
InVision
, or
Photoshop/Illustrator
.
Solid understanding of
user-centred design principles
,
interaction design
, and
information architecture
.
Basic understanding of
front-end technologies
(HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
