Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end test automation solutions for web, API, and platform components.
Test the integration and interoperability of AI agents with data layers, APIs, and upstream/downstream systems.
Lead security validation to identify vulnerabilities, ensure product hardening, and validate compliance with organizational policies.
Validate multi‑cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure consistent quality across hybrid and distributed environments.
Drive test strategy, planning, and release validation for features and system integrations, following agile and DevOps methodologies.
Work with development, product management, and operations teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Mentor junior and mid‑level QA engineers; provide technical guidance, conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions, and review QA deliverables.
Produce and maintain thorough test documentation, including test plans, defect reports, and release readiness checklists.
Conduct and monitor performance, scalability, and regression testing of AI and data systems.
Advocate automation‑first and shift‑left testing practices to improve efficiency and coverage across teams.

Required Qualifications

4–6 years of QA experience with strong emphasis on test automation for web and API components.
Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks PyTest etc., and API testing tools.
Proven track record executing security validation and integration testing within multi‑cloud or distributed architectures.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing in continuous delivery workflows.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages for automation and test orchestration.
Excellent analytical, collaborative, and communication skills with a history of mentoring peers.
Experience documenting reproducible test plans, validation artifacts, and clear defect reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in networking, and AI/ML‑driven product environments.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration ecosystems.
Understanding of AI model validation, data quality testing, and ETL/ELT pipeline validation in large‑scale systems.
