About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITSM, Capital Management, Build, Integrations, Hub, and ServiceNow Scripting. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM modules, Capital Management, Build processes, and Integrations.
• Implement ServiceNow Integration Hub workflows and APIs to connect with external systems.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.) to enhance platform functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices for processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, scripts, and integrations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support deployments and releases.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Core Expertise: ServiceNow Development (ITSM, Capital Management, Build, Integration Hub)
• Scripting Skills: JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Script Includes, Flow Designer
• Integrations: REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub spokes
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models and configuration management
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio and update sets
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ITSM environments
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITSM Implementation Specialist Certification
