Role Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our Pune team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, digital marketing, and creating meaningful brand engagement through innovative social media strategies. Key Responsibilities Design and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with business goals Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all platforms Manage and create engaging content across social media channels Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies Use platforms like Buffer for scheduling and analysis Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams Build relationships with influencers and online communities Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members Present insights and strategy updates to senior management What We’re Looking For 2+ years in a Social Media Strategist or similar role Proven experience growing brand presence and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. Strong understanding of SEO, audience targeting, and web traffic metrics Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar Great leadership, time management, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field 🌟 Why Join MultiFit?
