Corporate Sales & Alliance Manager

About the Role:

MultiFit is looking for an energetic and results-driven Corporate Sales & Alliance Manager to lead our B2B initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales by pitching on-site wellness activations and workplace wellness programs to corporate

clients.

• Build partnerships for setting up in-house gyms and fitness centers in corporate offices.

• Sell fitness equipment packages to corporates and builders for office or residential facilities.

• Generate sponsorships and strategic alliances for MultiFit events and campaigns.

• Initiate tie-ups with builders and real estate developers for MultiFit center expansions and in-society wellness solutions.

• Create tailored proposals and wellness plans for HR heads, admin teams, and CXOs.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and partnership targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.

• Strong business development and B2B negotiation skills.

• Established network in corporate and real estate ecosystems is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and creating community-driven impact.
