Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event & Alliance Executive, located in Pune. The Event & Alliance Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events to promote MultiFit's services and community engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and partners, managing event budgets, ensuring smooth execution of events, and fostering alliances with key stakeholders. The role also involves networking within the fitness community and creating marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, organization, and management
• Strong networking and alliance-building skills within the fitness community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Budget management and cost control proficiency
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
