Job Opportunity: Social Media Strategist Location: Gurugram (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week) Experience Required: 2–4 Years About the Role: An exciting opportunity is open for a Social Media Strategist to join a dynamic and innovative team working on a patented digital communication platform. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with experience in crafting compelling campaigns, managing multiple digital channels, and driving online engagement for technology-driven products. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with product and brand goals. Manage paid campaigns (social media ads, PPC) and ensure budget optimization for maximum ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, and web. Social Media Management Own and manage official accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content – including posts, graphics, videos, and stories. Interact with the community, respond to comments and messages, and build an engaged follower base. Track performance metrics and generate insights to refine social strategy. Email Marketing Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for newsletters, promotions, and updates. Use segmentation and personalization strategies to improve open and conversion rates. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2–4 years of proven experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation. Strong communication and copywriting skills. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite/Buffer. Basic graphic design abilities or coordination experience with creative teams/agencies. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
