Netskope DLP Engineer (L1/L2)

About the Role:

L1 and L2 Engineers

L1 Engineer (2+ years experience)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and triage DLP/CASB incidents.
• Perform user exclusions and maintain compliance with security policies.
• Conduct first-level alert investigation, document findings, and escalate incidents.
• Generate incident and compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with incident response teams to improve detection rules, workflows, and dashboards.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years in

  security operations / incident monitoring

  .
• Knowledge of

  CASB/DLP concepts and user management

  .
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills for first-level incident handling.
• Good communication for stakeholder collaboration.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001) is a plus.

L2 Engineer (4–5 years experience)

Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, test, and fine-tune

  Netskope DLP/CASB rules and configurations

  .
• Perform

  data classification and data flow analysis

  to optimize policies.
• Remediate findings from audits/review teams.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to DLP incidents within SLAs.
• Track appliance health, agent compliance, and coordinate with SOC.
• Engage with end-users for rule exclusions and resolution.
• Manage OEM (Netskope) support cases, maintain KB, and document best practices.
• Ensure adherence to

  compliance standards

  (GDPR, PCI DSS, RBI, ISO 27001).

Skills Required:

• 4–5 years hands-on experience in

  Netskope DLP/CASB operations

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  data classification frameworks, DLP incident handling, and audit remediation

  .
• Independent investigation and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Experience in

  financial/regulatory environments

  preferred.
