Shopboogoo.com is a fast-growing ecommerce brand. We're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Mohali, Punjab. In this role, you'll work closely with the core team and Creative Designer to develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth and visibility. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape a fast-growing company. About the Role: As a Social Media Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to create the global brand presence, lead generation for achieving the targets, and maintain the social business reputation across the globe. You will implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on ROI, CPA, and revenue growth . Plan, monitor, and manage campaign budgets , ensuring cost-effective performance and optimal allocation across channels. Design and implement organic lead generation strategies to drive long-term online traffic and sales. Write compelling ad copy, email content , and campaign messaging that align with brand voice and drive engagement. Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging, high-quality content tailored to target audiences. Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Coordinate the development of ad creatives and manage execution timelines to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and emerging opportunities in the women’s fashion industry. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose promotional strategies to boost brand awareness and sales. Perform post-campaign analysis to assess performance, ROI, and inform future campaign strategies. Install, manage and optimize digital tools including Google Analytics, Google Business, email marketing, SMS automation , and tracking systems. Oversee various aspects of social media advertising including automation, retargeting, video ads, conversion tracking , and bidding optimization. Recommend ad spend strategies based on campaign performance and evolving business objectives. Job Requirements Proven ability to execute both paid and organic lead generation strategies that drive measurable ecommerce results. Expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok , and Google Ads , including hands-on campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals , including content optimization and technical SEO best practices. In-depth understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, retargeting , and sales funnel strategies. Confident managing budgets with a data-driven and performance-focused mindset , consistently delivering on KPIs. Analytical mindset — comfortable with data interpretation, campaign evaluation , and continuous optimization . Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite . Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Collaborative attitude with strong initiative and adaptability , capable of working independently or as part of a team. Familiar with email marketing, SMS marketing , and digital automation tools to support integrated campaigns. Positive work ethic, strong time management, and commitment to best practices in digital marketing. Bonus: Experience with Programmatic Advertising , LinkedIn Ads , YouTube Ads , and other emerging platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Information Technology , or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Google Ads , Meta Blueprint , or equivalent are highly valued. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns; 5+ years preferred . Demonstrated success in planning, launching, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. Proven track record of driving measurable results in performance marketing , ecommerce advertising, or social media growth campaigns.
